Restoril (Temazepam) is in a group of drugs called benzodiazepines.Benzodiazepines belong to the group of medicines called central nervous system (CNS) depressants. Temazepam affects chemicals in the brain that may become unbalanced and cause sleep problems (insomnia).
Restoril (Temazepam) is approved for the short term (usually 7 to 10 days only ) treatment of insomnia symptoms , such as trouble falling or staying asleep. In addition, temazepam has anxiolytic (anti anxiety),anticonvulsant, and skeletal muscle relaxant properties.
Mogadon (Nitrazepam) belongs to the class of medications called benzodiazepines. It is used for short-term treatment of sleeping problems (insomnia), such as difficulty falling asleep, frequent awakenings during the night, and early-morning awakening. It is also used to manage myoclonic seizures. It works by slowing down the nerves in the brain (the central nervous system).
Zoloft (sertraline) is an antidepressant in a group of drugs called selective serotonin reuptake inhibitors (SSRIs). Sertraline is primarily prescribed for major depressive disorder in adult outpatients as well as obsessive-compulsive disorder, panic disorder, and social anxiety disorder, in both adults and children. Sertraline affects chemicals in the brain that may become unbalanced and cause depression, panic, anxiety, or obsessive-compulsive symptoms.Zoloft is used to treat depression, obsessive-compulsive disorder, panic disorder, anxiety disorders, post-traumatic stress disorder (PTSD), and premenstrual dysphoric disorder (PMDD).

It begins having an effect within an hour and lasts between six and twelve hours.
Lexotanil contains the active ingredient bromazepam.
Lexotanil belongs to a group of medicines called benzodiazepines. They are thought to work by their action on brain chemicals.
Lexotanil is used for anxiety, tension or agitation. Anxiety or tension associated with the normal stress of everyday life usually does not require treatment with medicines.
Bunex has been found to be effective in reducing the need to continue using heroin (buprenorphine maintenance) and also in helping people to withdraw from heroin and methadone. Buprenorphine is also prescribed to treat severe pain.
How effective is buprenorphine?
The effectiveness of any treatment, including for heroin or other opioid dependency (addiction), is more likely to be successful if it is part of a comprehensive treatment program.
Often, a range of factors contribute to an individual’s use of drugs. Thus, it is strongly recommended that those wanting to remain free of heroin engage in a treatment program that addresses the physical (the body), psychological (the mind) and environmental issues relating to the person’s drug use. This may involve combining several treatment approaches, such as buprenorphine maintenance, counselling, alternative or holistic therapies such as massage and naturopathic treatment; and developing a positive support network including peers, family and friends and support groups.
As with any type of treatment or approach to heroin dependency, buprenorphine maintenance may be effective for some people but will not suit everyone. A doctor or drug counsellor who spends time assessing the person’s specific situation and explaining different options will recommend an approach that is appropriate for that individual.
Clonazepam is used to treat fits (epilepsy or seizures) and sudden, unexpected attacks of extreme fear, and worry about these attacks (panic disorder) with or without the fear of public places (agoraphobia).
Clonazepam belongs to a group of medicines called benzodiazepines. The exact mechanism of action of clonazepam is unknown; it is however believed to enhance the action of a signaling chemical called gamma aminobutyric acid (GABA) in the brain, which helps to calm the excessive electrical nerve activity that is responsible for causing fits (seizures) and panic disorders.
Ritalin (methylphenidate hydrochloride) is a mild central nervous system (CNS) stimulant of phenethylamine & piper dine classes that is used in the treatment of attention deficit hyperactivity disorder (ADHD) and narcolepsy. Ritalin (Methylphenidate) has been studied and researched for over 50 years and has a very good efficacy and safety record for the treatment of ADHD.
